Starting from an intensive digital monitoring, conducted by the organization of the African Forum, the experts of the Scientific Committee of the Waste and Recycle African Forum aim to ensure the quality of the editorial approaches concerning the the second life of wastes and their recycle, the frame work of the workshops and multiple contributions on the subject (economic, geographic, technological, sociological, geo-strategic and prospective, ....), identifying projects, establishment of partnerships in response to the needs expressed by the African countries and organizations to contribute to the development of the program of lectures and workshops on the topic during the Forum, and give their insights and testify on this subject before and during the forum.
